Overview
ZeroScrape is preparing a private beta for an ecommerce order-organization service. This policy explains the information the launch website collects and how the future application is designed to use authorized account data.
Waitlist information
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address and any optional Discord username, current tracking method, and early-access preference you provide. We use this information to manage beta invitations, launch updates, and product feedback.
Connected email accounts
The application is designed to connect supported accounts only after authorization. It processes transaction data needed to identify and organize supported ecommerce orders, shipments, cancellations, refunds, and deliveries. Access can be revoked through your provider or by disconnecting an inbox.
Service providers and retention
ZeroScrape may use hosting, database, authentication, and cloud email-connectivity providers to operate the service. We retain information as needed to run the waitlist or application, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.
Your choices
You may ask to correct or remove waitlist information by emailing privacy@zeroscrape.app. Product-specific controls and a fuller launch policy may be added before public availability.
